Microwave suppressors are installed at the inlet and outlet of the equipment to ensure that microwave leakage meets the standards. It adopts PTFE densely woven conveyor belt with guide rails, and the operation is stable. The speed of the conveyor belt is regulated by frequency conversion, and the performance is stable.

The top of the unit heating box is provided with an exhaust hood and a connecting flange is left, which is connected to the ventilation and moisture removal system provided by the user, and the water vapor discharged from the materials in the heating box is discharged in time to ensure a good drying effect.

The heating box of the equipment is equipped with an infrared radiation thermometer, which is accurate in temperature measurement and stable in performance; using this function to achieve automatic temperature adjustment, the quality of the product can be controlled.
