2. Twin-screw Extruder: Through the screw, under high temperature and high pressure, the tissue structure in the raw material is broken and fully expanded to produce rice-shaped nutritious rice through the mold, and products of different shapes can be obtained by changing the mold.
3. Vibration Cooling Machine: The squeezed particles contain a little temperature and viscosity. The particles are spread out by the vibration sieve to avoid sticking together.
4. Multi-layer Oven: The oven is mostly electric oven. It can also replaced with gas oven or oil oven. The temperature is adjusted by controlling the cabinet between 0-200degrees. The inside is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed to reduce the particle moisture and increase the shelf life.
5. Cooling conveyor: The grilled particles contain a certain temperature, and the packaging quality is ensured by cooling to the room temperature.
